How do I schedule lessons?
Classes are scheduled based on the availability of both the teacher and the student, with a preference for morning hours (09:00 to 14:00 Spanish time), from Monday to Friday
This is my first time learning Spanish. Can you help?
I offer lessons from A1 (beginner level) to C1 (advanced level), tailored to the individual needs and goals of each student. It does not matter if you are just starting out or if you already know a bit, I am here to help!
Do you provide materials or resources for the lessons?
For sure! You do not have to buy any material to follow the lessons, as I will send you all the pages we cover after each session. If you have previously used a book, and prefer to continue with it, I am happy to follow it during our sessions.
How do you assess my progress?
In my courses, there are no exams unless you choose to enroll in the DELE preparation course. Progress can be measured in various ways, and I will provide regular feedback on how you are doing to ensure you stay on track.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Wise and Revolut.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?
I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and that sometimes things beyond your control might prevent you from attending a lesson. However, there are instances where some students develop a habit of rescheduling with very little notice. To keep things fair for everyone, I have set a 12-hour notice policy for cancellations or rescheduling. If you are unable to attend a lesson and don’t provide at least 12 hours notice, the credit for that lesson will be forfeited.
Can I pause my lessons and resume later if needed?
When buying a package of hours, I always take into account the credits you have used and the ones you have remaining (you will also be noticed regularly). You are completely free to use your remaining credit as you need, whether that means pausing your lessons for a while and resuming later or adjusting the frequency of your sessions on the go.
What is the refund policy if I am unsatisfied or need to cancel my package?
When you purchase a package of hours, you agree that it is a final and irreversible decision—meaning you cannot backtrack or cancel the package. Therefore, you will need to use all the hours you bought. However, there is no commitment to continue once you have completed the package; you are free to decide whether or not to purchase another package.
